Ricette Tiramisu

<i>This is a classical dish that has been on many menus for years. So you really can't skip this one. Our recipe is also suitable for children. Check our recipe here!</i>
500 grams of Mascarpone
40 lady fingers
2 cups of coffee
5 eggs
5 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 tablespoons Masala
Bitter cocoa

Preparation method:
1. Make a cup of coffee and let it cool down.
2. Separate the yolk from the egg white.
3. Add the sugar to the egg yolk and beat to a white foam.
4. Add the mascarpone and mix well.
5. Beat the egg white until stiff and add it to the mixture carefully.
6. Mix the cold coffee together with the masala in a deep plate.
7. Dip the lady fingers in this quickly and briefly.
8. Do this with half of the lady fingers.
9. After you have dipped them in the coffee, place it on the bottom of the oven dish.
10. Then pour half of the mixture over the first layer of lady fingers.
11. Repeat this step one more time, so that there are 4 layers in total.
12. Leave the Tiramisu in the fridge for at least 3 hours. TIP The tiramisu is best when it has been in the fridge for about 12 hours.
13. Sprinkle the Tiramisu with cocoa powder when serving.
